What is the free consultation?

It’s a 15-minute free video call where we can meet, talk about the therapy process, and understand your reasons for seeking therapy. This session gives you a chance to ask questions and see if we’re a good fit before starting regular sessions.

What can I expect in the first session?

In the first session, we usually discuss the reasons you’ve come to therapy, your goals, your past experiences, and how the therapy process works. We also ask questions and talk about expectations to build mutual trust and create a comfortable environment.

How long is each session?

Sessions are scheduled on a weekly basis and typically last 50 minutes.

Do you offer online therapy?

Yes, I offer both online and face-to-face sessions from my Dublin office. You can choose whichever feels most comfortable or convenient for you.

I support individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-confidence, cross-cultural adjustment, PTSD, and more. I also work with refugees, migrants, and LGBTQ+ clients in a culturally sensitive and affirming way.

I use an integrative approach including CBT, ACT, Narrative Therapy, Schema Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy — depending on what best fits your needs.

Is therapy confidential?

Yes, absolutely. What we talk about in therapy is confidential and stays between us. Your information is protected under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. There are very rare exceptions such as when required by law or if there’s a serious risk to your safety. I’ll explain this fully during our free consultation.
